Security Specialist

This role is a key contributor to our organization s Information Security posture. Working closely with stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of regulations and industry frameworks (e.g., SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, GLBA). They will work collaboratively with product and technology teams to strengthen our security posture and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance: Develop and enhance information security policies, standards, and processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Build and maintain a control library for enterprise-wide controls and product-specific controls.
- Compliance: Coordinate assessments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry requirements.
- Client Support: Gather and present information security posture to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management
- Bachelor s degree
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and industry requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cyber certifications or equivalent
