Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This role involves working with various stakeholders to identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) analytics platforms.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work with our teams to understand these problem statements, extract relevant data, clean and validate it, and provide insights as data visualizations to drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and visualization using BI analytics platforms.
  • Work with partners and internal teams to understand problem statements and gather relevant data.
  • Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources.
  • Develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation of data.
  • Assess data quality and identify ways to improve it.
  • Provide inputs to the team to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between source and target systems.
  • Create data visualizations to showcase insights and drive decision making.
  • Build and maintain data repositories.
  • Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes of future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from different types of data sources.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of databases, analytics, and programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
  • Knowledge of BI analytics platform provided by Zoho.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.

  • Basic communication skills to respond to customers.
  • Constructive thinking to handle difficult situations.
