Job Title:
Project Lead – K-12

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee multiple projects in the K–12 publishing/EdTech sector. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your exceptional project management skills to drive initiatives forward and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects within agreed-upon timelines and budgets. Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with objectives and deadlines. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues efficiently. Identify and mitigate potential risks, and track project progress using industry-standard tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, and MS Office. Maintain accurate records in asset management systems and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with project management software such as Workfront and Smartsheet. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with complex data analysis and reporting.
