Senior Lead Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing large volumes of leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management & Enrichment:
    • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo.
    • E nsure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration:
    • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
    • Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
  • Integration & Optimization:
    • Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
    • Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in lead management and sales enablement.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large volumes of leads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
