Senior Technical Analyst – IGA

Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Analyst on our team, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding of applications into our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications and Active Directory and LDAP applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Interact with application owners to understand their systems, explain the integration process, purpose and goals, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application, identifying potential roadblocks and developing creative solutions to overcome them.
  • Coordinate, test and validate custom development required by the app team to perform the integration, leveraging your technical skills and experience to drive results.
  • Work with internal engineers to build the integration as per governance best practices and application requirements, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
  • Coordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the final product and that it meets business needs.
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications, providing timely updates and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multiple application teams simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years' experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and driving business outcomes.
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning, utilizing your technical expertise to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Administering, implementing and supporting SailPoint based Identity and Access Management Solutions, with a deep understanding of IAM principles and practices.
  • Experience on RBAC (Role Based Access Control) analysis and implementation, applying your knowledge of security best practices to protect business assets.
  • Launching certification campaigns and follow up remediation process to ensure completion in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and excellence.
  • Developed or worked with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, utilizing your technical skills to create innovative solutions.
  • Created custom reports to serve both specific and general purposes, leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Created rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment, applying your technical expertise to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Worked on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event and Manager Transfer event, with a deep understanding of IAM lifecycle events.
