About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation Professional to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation.

The role will work with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and HR personnel. The successful candidate will have excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required.
  • Lead program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities, and engage with other project managers and portfolio leads.
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges, and execute tasks.
  • Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs.
