Key Responsibilities
  • FOLLOW UP ON LEADS GENERATED FROM MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND CONVERT THEM INTO SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
  • ADDRESS CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE ISSUES EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by management.
Skill and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role (1-2 years).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
