Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Pega CSSA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating smooth and efficient onboarding processes relating to Know Your Customer related tasks.

You will work in an agile squad together with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers. Our squads are part of the Global KYC Tribe, focusing on business delivery, and you will be part of a Pega Dev Chapter, focusing on engineer craftsmanship.

The way we work is Agile-Scrum, focusing on iterative and incremental software development in small multidisciplinary teams. As a Pega Dev Engineer, your tasks will include participating in User Story refinement, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, implementing qualitative applications, building applications close to Pega out-of-the-box features, creating or modifying Unit Tests, participating in manual testing activities, proactively monitoring application quality, ensuring logs do not display unwanted messages and errors, participating in the Peer Review process, and fixing incidents and problems when necessary.
