Job Title: Financial Systems Lead

A career opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Systems Lead to lead the implementation and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and designing system solutions within Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and test financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces, maintaining high-quality documentation throughout the process.
  • Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements specific to Oracle EBS.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials (implementation and support).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams on extensions, reports, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, SLA, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with excellent stakeholder management.
