Job Title: Enterprise Operations Manager

The role of an Enterprise Operations Manager involves governing, planning, and driving execution to deliver a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program.

This person is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation initiative and ensuring timely delivery of all workstreams. The candidate will facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting while managing expectations and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively by maintaining risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • Change Management Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests and manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience. PMP certification would be preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME experience in procurement processes.
  • Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, with large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
