Job Title

We are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits manager to oversee our payroll operations in India.

  • Lead the end-to-end management of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing and coordination with the finance team.
  • Develop and maintain compensation data, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze compensation reports and other resources to inform business decisions.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on payroll and related topics.
  • Handle queries and implement tools related to compensation and payroll.
  • Leverage expertise to launch initiatives enhancing employee experience regarding compensation, benefits, and claims.
  • Design and implement new ideas and analyses in compensation benefits management.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of people and culture, serving as an advisor to business leaders and effective communicator with delivery directors.
  • Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team, empowering them to take on more responsibilities and advance their careers.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in a product, consulting, or technology company, preferably with at least 4 years in a lead position handling payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proven track record of supporting and caring for groups of at least 1000 employees.
  • Experience working in distributed organizations and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Hands-on approach, strong communication skills, ability to build credibility and trust across various stakeholders, and willingness to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Personal and professional resilience, comfort with conflict, and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing direct teams of at least 3-4 members, including virtual teams.
