Software Development Lead

This role involves leading a team of software developers and ensuring best practices in coding and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end integration, utilizing Azure services such as Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficient in C# and ASP.NET
  • Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs
  • Strong understanding of REST API development and integration
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development, particularly in enhancing user experience and automating processes
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration
  • Experience with Selenium for automated testing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time
