We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at the Tyre Test Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for improving customer experience by implementing and improving end-to-end quality assurance systems in our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance predictive quality of end-to-end systems, including product and process improvements
  • Industrialize new product and process changes for better products, processes, and services
  • Improve product and process quality through data-driven decision making
  • Explore and identify future customer requirements from new OEMs and international markets through project quality and NPD roadmaps
  • Ensure adherence to safety processes in QA
Operational Definitions
  • Adhere to product testing as per internal and external standards, conducted at planned testing frequencies to verify conformity
  • Meet BIS approval timelines for CEAT Nagpur SKU's
  • Renew plant licenses on time as per plant requirements
  • Analyze cut tyres and maintain MIS
  • Adhere to OEM manual requirements and IMS standards
About You

We are looking for a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in tyre test centre roles. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
