Financial Management Role for National Aircon India Pvt Ltd

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing a range of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and providing key financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Management: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide key insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain a general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance: Handle tax preparation and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reviews and Internal Controls: Conduct regular financial reviews and identify areas for improvement, ensuring effective internal controls.
  • Financial Planning and Cash Flow Management: Assist in financial planning and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Reporting and Communication: Communicate financial information to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with internal control processes and financial audits.
  • Strong ethics and understanding of confidentiality principles.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving accounting technology and tools.
  • Good understanding of business operations and financial implications.
