Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Intelligence professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance business intelligence reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy.

About the Role:

This is a key opportunity for a skilled BI developer to leverage their expertise in data analysis, SQL programming, and business acumen to drive business growth through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of business intelligence reports and dashboards, ensuring a focus on performance, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and write complex, optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and business intelligence reporting.
  • Work seamlessly with a variety of data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based databases, with a focus on AWS integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable BI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex performance issues related to business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience as a Business Intelligence or MicroStrategy developer.
  • Strong expertise in MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects, report services documents, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques, including star schema design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills for business intelligence reports and dashboards.
