Lead OTC Process Specialist

Ours is a dynamic team that requires an experienced professional to lead and train our OTC Process Specialists. This individual will oversee one or more functions within Business Development, Pricing and Contracts, Proposals and Quotes, Operations, Sales Order Management, or Invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development, training, and mentoring of a team of professionals with strong business acumen and systems knowledge.
  2. Evaluate performance, provide recommendations for assessments, training, development, scheduling, hiring, firing, and other employment-related matters for the team.
  3. Ensure data quality and productivity by validating internal and customer data with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
  4. Analyze and manage multiple systems data, develop reports, and publish metrics on OTC performance.
  5. Effectively communicate with the team, clients, and management, promoting process improvement opportunities through collaborative efforts.
  6. Promote adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
  2. Ideal candidates should possess proficient computer and analytical skills.
  3. The possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
  4. Previous experience working in business development, field operations, or field engineering in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
