Qualifications & Experience:

Highly skilled SAP SD OTC Lead with 10+ years of experience

Looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience for the SAP Techno-Functional Consultant role, with the following requirements:

Primary Skills: SAP SD, OTC,ECOM Domain,ABAP

Good to Have: SAP MM, FICO

  • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Order to Cash (OTC).
  • Demonstrated expertise within the Retail and E-commerce domains.
  • Strong background in team leadership and project management.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP functionalities, configuration, and integration points.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP FICO integrations
  • Experience with SAP integrations with other systems (IDOCs, Batch processing)
  • Knowledge of ABAP, and ABAP debugging.
  • Document Business requirements required to support the project, and gain sign-off from key stakeholders
  • Complete OTC system Configurations
  • Document Functional Specifications required to develop solutions, and partner with developers to build and test
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, and partner with Development team, project SMEs, Functional, and UAT teams to complete testing of programs and integration
  • Assist in deploying the solution
  • Develop knowledge transition plan to train the support team and provide hyper care support for the deployed solution
