Operations Management Role:

  • This is an opportunity to lead and manage end-to-end operations in a dynamic Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily production to meet delivery and quality targets through effective scheduling and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications to maintain a high level of excellence.
  • Manage operational costs, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization for improved productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the shop-floor team to drive performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting processes within the wire industry.
  • Strong understanding of Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting operations and their complexities.
  • Proven leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost control.

Key qualifications include: 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting operations, proven leadership and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in process optimization and cost control.
