Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We specialize in building impactful digital presences and delivering measurable results through innovation and design.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled designer with 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design, proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet brand guidelines.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing.
