Interior Designer and Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled interior designer and architect to take on key responsibilities within our team. This role requires a talented individual with hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design tools, preferably with at least two years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max, and Coohom, with strong visualization skills, attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials. They should also have a good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects
  • Develop and refine 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Use SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom to produce photorealistic visualizations
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements
  • Presentation of creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of proven work experience as a 3D designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in the following software: SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D), Enscape, 3ds max, Lumion, Coohom Software

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies
