Job Summary:

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent information about the company's performance, strategy, and market updates.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders to provide information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion by maintaining records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information and ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication.
]Required Skills & Qualifications:">To excel in this role, you should have:">
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills, along with strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
