Studio Leadership Position

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills to oversee the design studio.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architects and interior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Conceptualize and develop cutting-edge design concepts for co-working spaces and bespoke client projects within the Design & Built vertical.
  • Demonstrate excellent space planning abilities within the team to optimize functionality, user experience, and spatial efficiency.
  • Ensure all designs are delivered to the highest quality standards, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the architecture and corporate interior design industry.
  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role managing a team of design professionals.
  • Extensive experience in workplace design, corporate interiors, and managing full-cycle Design & Built projects.
