Lead Enterprise Java Projects

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise Java projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and secure completion.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and results-oriented outcomes.
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement, focusing on satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in delivery/program management.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Bonus: Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and project management certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe).
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence.
