As a seasoned executive, we are seeking a strong senior country leader to spearhead our India operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and shaping a sustainable future for industry.
About the Role- Develop strategic plans to expand the India market and establish goals that align with corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships locally, regionally, and globally in a matrix organization.
- Oversee the India sales team and develop operational plans to identify new sales opportunities and drive high sales growth.
- 15+ years of experience as a senior executive in a matrixed organization, successfully leading with formal and informal authority.
- Thought leadership and conceptual ability to develop new ideas and implement them effectively.
- Strong commercial skills, particularly in sales and enterprise account management.
- Manage and lead the India sales team to achieve high sales growth.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and customers to drive business expansion.
- Imaginative and creative problem solver with excellent commercial acumen.
- Able to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
