We are a leading provider of plant maintenance services in the Foundry & Casting Industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and machinery at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures for equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly to prevent major problems.

Schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to quickly resolve issues.

Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality control, to address issues promptly and ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Document equipment specifications, manuals, and maintenance procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.

Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage maintenance activities efficiently.

Requirements:

Min. 4+ yrs. of experience in plant maintenance with a strong background in electrical engineering.

B.Tech / Diploma- EE, EEE, EI degree from a recognized institution.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CMMS software and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
