Workshop In-charge

**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our 2 wheeler workshop team and ensure the efficient and high-quality repair and maintenance of motorcycles and scooters.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling repairs, managing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing technical guidance, coaching, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on all repairs and ensure work meets manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing accurate estimates and clear communication throughout the repair process.
- Manage workshop inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including customer information, job details, and parts used.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in workshop efficiency and implement new processes as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive customer service and promote additional services.
- May be responsible for the opening and closing of the workshop premises.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a 2 wheeler workshop environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle and scooter repair, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of 2 wheeler problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and technicians.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in workshop management software a plus.
- Experience with electric scooters a plus.
