Job Description

The Production Management Assistant will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between sales, production, and dispatch teams, and ensuring smooth workflows from order placement to final delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Update and maintain online order sheets by integrating data from Shopify and other platforms. Ensure accurate dispatch dates and track any discrepancies or delays.
  • Production Coordination: Input orders into the Production Group system, ensuring correct product assignment for manufacturing according to the order sheet. Confirm measurements and design specifications with the production team in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Oversee preparation of data for final QC checks before dispatch, ensuring all products meet brand standards. Maintain records of QC outcomes.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring raw material inventory and ensure supplies are reordered on time to prevent production delays. Track finished goods inventory levels for upcoming orders.
  • Logistics & Dispatch: Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule dispatch after parcel readiness. Track shipments and communicate estimated dispatch dates for smooth production functioning.

Requirements:

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., Shopify), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of apparel production processes.
  • Excellent team communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Multitasking and handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month
