Senior Engineering Lead

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead and coach a team of experienced engineers focused on building innovative features and capabilities for our Workspace ONE UEM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration among your team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable software.
  • Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture and processes.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.
Work Distribution:
  • 30% Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices).
  • 30% Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services.
  • 40% Project and people management.
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong skills in architectural design for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years in technical leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • .Net core, .net standard, asp.net.
  • Experience managing large-scale production deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud design patterns.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
