Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Director

This is a leadership role in our software engineering team for the lending product. The right candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and leading technology teams.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technology strategy of the lending product.
  • They will oversee the development lifecycle through internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services IT implementation, with at least 5+ years in lending product architecture and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of NBFC workflows, loan origination, loan management systems, credit bureau integrations, KYC processes, and payment ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and leading multi-stakeholder technology projects.
