Job Overview

Maintaining high-quality product master data within Eaton's Product Data Hub is a crucial task for this role. The goal is to achieve consistency, completeness, and accuracy of data flowing to Eaton.com, Order Center, and other digital initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting, organizing, and creating detailed attribute and product information.
  • Acting as a liaison between ARS product groups and internal customers regarding product and material data needs.
  • Guiding ARS Product Managers and internal customers through the completion of their requests.
  • Prioritizing internal customer requests for product data additions, changes, and deletions.
  • Collaborating with ARS Product Managers and internal customers to obtain input and approval for data additions, changes, and deletions.
  • Identifying inconsistencies in product information and working through governance processes for standardization.
  • Implementing Master Data Management (MDM) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and health requirements for product data.
  • Managing product and material data within SAP.
  • Participating in developing and implementing new MDM processes and tools.
  • Facilitating meetings with cross-functional roles to support customer requests.
  • Completing assigned project work such as special product launches, product data organization, data quality analysis, clean-up, system process changes, etc.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and document MDM requirements and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferred.
  • At least 2-year experience in Data Management and Analysis.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Stibo, SAP, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, drive for results, decision-making, problem-solving, collaborative style, change promotion, personal development pursuit, strong work ethic, flexibility, and desire to actively contribute to the group's success.
