Community Building Assistant Role">

We're building a collaborative platform that connects Mechanical and Electrical Engineers globally through knowledge sharing, networking, and meetups. As a detail-oriented and reliable Freelance Community Assistant, you'll be part of something meaningful.

This role involves handling administrative tasks with precision, preparing content for events, social media, and WhatsApp messages, moderating existing WhatsApp groups to keep engagement alive, assisting with tasks related to our monthly community meetups, and maintaining records, follow-ups, and occasional email drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer daily tasks efficiently
  • Prepare engaging content for platforms and messaging systems
  • Moderate online discussions to maintain active participation
  • Support tasks associated with community meetups
  • Keep accurate records and draft emails as needed
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must have strong communication and organizational skills, be fluent in English (spoken + written), and believe in the importance of community building and learning together. Prior experience in administrative or content roles is beneficial.
