Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Marketplaces Channel in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our presence on various marketplaces, driving sales growth, and formulating strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L for the Marketplaces Channel and develop account-wise strategies to drive sales growth
- Plan and execute business operations and marketing efforts across e-commerce channels
- Develop product assortment, supply chain, distribution, and CRM strategies to enhance customer experience
- Drive performance marketing initiatives through AMS, sponsored ads, targeted display ads, PLA's, PCA's, and other digital channels
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-growth startup brands or KAM roles within FMCG companies
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and ability to develop effective strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
