Job Description

We are seeking a freelance/contract performance marketer to oversee our paid campaigns and help us scale with creative and accountable execution.

  • Run Meta and Google Ads for growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • End-to-end ownership: strategy to campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage ad creatives: script ideas, copy, visuals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Weekly reporting with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with 0-1 stage startups.
  • Background in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Creative sensibility: ability to develop reel-first, human storytelling ideas.
  • Reliability and responsiveness.
  • A strong interest in mental health or wellness is highly valued.
