Senior Specialist Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Program Manager to join our organization at this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and roadblocks.
  • Lead end-to-end Agile project management responsibilities, including scope, quality, resources, risk management, timeline, and organizational release readiness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, and continuously improve project management processes and tools.
  • Lead project meetings and presentations, and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 14-20 years of experience in the IT industry with 8+ years of experience in hard-core software development project & program management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of various methodologies like Agile-Scrum Practices.
  • Ability to drive project decisions through strong data governance and metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in software development and quality processes, release management, pre-and post-production product launches, and Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud (AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • PMP certification preferred.
