Project Leadership Opportunity

 

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project management professional to lead our projects and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
  • Mentor staff in a hands-on approach and foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Translate business requirements into innovative solutions using existing products and new ideas that showcase creative thinking.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Manage customer escalations and develop corrective action plans.
  • Ensure seamless project delivery by maintaining contact and communication with customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and other participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of technology experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the software/IT industry.
  • Fluent English language skills (writing and speaking).
  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
  • BA degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NICE Actimize experience.
  • Financial securities industry experience, including risk management, compliance, and anti-money laundering.
  • Experience working with Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Onsite and offshore delivery models.
