About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable backend systems.

Job Description:
  • This is a key opportunity for a talented engineer with expertise in designing and building scalable backend systems using Node.js (NestJS framework) and TypeScript.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GraphQL API design and implementation, as well as architectural expertise across monolithic and microservices-based systems.
  • This role requires proficiency in PostgreSQL, hands-on experience with Azure cloud architecture, including Container Apps, and ability to deliver maintainable code with 90-95% unit test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement GraphQL APIs and multiple system integrations.
  • Architect, optimize, and scale backend systems on Azure Container Apps.
  • Implement Azure OpenAI integrations and OCR pipelines.
  • Work on both monolithic and microservices-based architectures.
  • Design and integrate event-driven, real-time systems with WebSocket connections.
  • Ensure high-quality code with comprehensive testing and debugging.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver robust, secure, and enterprise-level solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js (NestJS framework).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript with a focus on scalable architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in GraphQL API design, implementation, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Azure cloud (Container Apps, scaling, performance tuning).
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI integrations and OCR pipelines.
  • Proven background in monolithic and microservices architectures.
  • Experience with event-driven systems, real-time processing, and WebSockets.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality code with 90-95% unit test coverage.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
