Job Title:

Senior ColdFusion Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ColdFusion Developer to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining ColdFusion applications and should be capable of contributing to modernization efforts by transitioning legacy systems to .NET-based solutions.

The candidate must possess strong SQL skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, refactor, test, and deploy applications using ColdFusion.
  • Lead efforts to retire legacy ColdFusion applications and assist in the migration to .NET technologies.
  • Work with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar to build and optimize backend systems.
  • Administer and manage the ColdFusion Server Console for application performance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for application code and architecture.
  • Manage assigned tasks efficiently and prioritize work independently.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions in a shift-based work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ColdFusion development.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Experience with .NET technologies and involvement in legacy system migration projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and learn on the job.
  • Proficiency in administering ColdFusion Server Console.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud environments or DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable.
  • Prior experience working in a global delivery model or distributed teams is an advantage.
