Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead our talent acquisition function and drive business outcomes through innovative recruitment solutions.

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization, with a focus on building a high-performing team.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates have a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with recruitment technologies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
