High Impact Support Role

This critical position requires a strategic thinker and skilled project manager to provide high-level support to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive multiple projects forward, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure seamless execution across various initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Managing day-to-day project operations, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Providing business growth support through client interactions, proposal development, and internal reporting
  • Serving as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus but not mandatory
  • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones
