Senior US Payroll Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior US Payroll Executive to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems. You will also be hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools.
  • Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with US GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.
  • Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems.
  • Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.
