Insurance Content Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to oversee our content team and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused blogs.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional editing skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate and streamline team efforts to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the content team to achieve smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain high editorial standards.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client tone and guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve writing quality in insurance topics.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and adapt the team quickly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment as a Content Editor or Senior Writer/Team Lead.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
