Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the core backend infrastructure that powers our AI customer service agents, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Take ownership of projects from design to deployment, driving results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of backend engineering experience with expertise in Python programming (Django a plus).
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP), with familiarity in containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production environments.
  • Prior experience in startups or high-velocity teams, with evidence of end-to-end ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Bonus: experience working in high-growth, high-ownership teams (startups, top-tier tech companies, or quantitative firms).
