Identity and Access Management Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, as well as expertise in security information and event management (SIEM). Strong leadership skills are also essential for motivating and guiding offshore teams.
- Effective team management, including contractor oversight, communication, and performance assessment.
- Regular reporting to senior management on team performance and progress.
- Identifying training needs and opportunities for contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage offshore teams, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
- Oversee the workflow and allocation of resources to meet project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore vendors.
- At least 7 years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
- Proven expertise in IAM, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, including products like Ping Identity, Okta, and Splunk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
