Brand Ambassador Role

This position is focused on driving business growth through brand building efforts across various solution areas.

  1. Market Analysis: Understanding target audience, their triggers, and barriers; competitive landscape, etc
  2. Product Development: Assisting in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C stores, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc
  3. Communication Management: Managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc
  4. Data Insight: Driving measurement & learnings for various marketing initiatives
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors
  6. Offline Market Understanding: Role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of task items basis strategic objectives for solution area(s)

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • Exposure to handling business in Offline channel is mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Highly motivated & Self-driven, enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess a passion for building a consumer brand
