Strategic HR Partner Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams and hiring managers. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement employee engagement strategies and action plans based on feedback and surveys. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Pgdm MBA in Human Resources Management
  • 4-10 years of experience in Manufacturing setup
