We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our organization in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.

Property Management Support:

  • Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.

Software Utilization:

  • Effectively use US/UK accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate accounting.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
