Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive efficiency, and improve productivity across departments.

Job Description:

This is a leadership role that requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for better performance. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage and mentor operations staff, set performance goals, and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with minimum 4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, facility, or service management roles. They must also have strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
