Marketing Analyst Position

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst with 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing to help us implement our online and offline marketing strategies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, conducting keyword research, and managing day-to-day social media activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, webinar, and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility to improve brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to queries, and engaging with followers.
  • Support website updates by uploading content, testing functionality, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on marketing performance for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
  • Create and manage marketing materials and collaterals while adhering to established brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a professional services organization.
  • Knowledge of online B2B marketing tools and their integration with CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM, and online marketing tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Sitecore).
  • Experience in running brand awareness and lead generation campaigns on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Excitement about working in a start-up environment and contributing to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.
