Key Sales Enablement Role

As a sales enablement professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by recruiting and engaging with new and existing agents. Your primary responsibility will be to devise local schemes and engagement programs for our agent network, aimed at driving Group Wide Premium (GWP) through these partners.

  • Recruitment of New Agents: You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new talent to join our expanding team.
  • Agent Activation: Engage with our existing agent base to activate them towards achieving their full potential.
  • Local Scheme Development: Create customized plans for each region, designed to boost GWP through our agents.
  • Agent Productivity: Focus on ensuring that our agents operate efficiently, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive product training to agents and oversee their life cycle management to enhance their overall performance.
  • Sales Campaigns: Spearhead brand development initiatives via targeted sales campaigns.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure seamless operations, including nil discrepancies and high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Achievement of Goals: Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed monthly goal sheet targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, and NBFC (willingness to handle health agencies is a plus).
