Job Description:
">This is a key leadership role responsible for the operational management of a sales enablement team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams, as well as expertise in sales operations, process engineering and management.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance">
- Mentor and coach sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge">
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill sales professionals">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives">
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on sales performance and progress towards goals">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will have advanced knowledge of sales operations, process engineering and management, as well as excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
